We are Andy and Nichola McLeod and we have a small holding in the Cambrian Mountains, with an ever-growing menagerie of animals including Brian, Boris and Bob the alpacas. I can’t believe we are in our 18th year of partnering with Avon.
- For 16 years Nichola was an Avon employee, starting off in a junior role and working up to managing the entire UK sales force. Eighteen months ago she left her corporate role and became a Rep who also helps and supports others to earn with Avon
- Andy has been a Rep for nearly four years and was recognised for being one of the top 50 Reps in the UK (out of about 90,000!) in his 2nd year.
